I was slightly apprehensive to go into a dealership since I had not been in one since 2012! I walked in and, the owner, Tony Harp along with his sales team greeted me and made me feel at home! No pressure!
I met Bill Reed who walked me through the process of test driving, checking the car reports and answering all my questions. Phenomenal service from Bill. I drove 2 hours to get to this car place and they did not disappoint. I found my van online using CarGurus and called to get information. I was able to haggle out all the details over the phone and set up an appointment. When I got there the van was waiting for me. It was really easy, the van is in great condition, and there was no pressure. My first sale slip included all of the fancy extras that you would expect from a car dealership, but they had no problem giving me the out the door price I was looking for. It was a really long drive home with my new car, but I would recommend others to go check them out. Otis and Clint and all of the employees are great.
